• Multi-country procurement & third-country invoicing management for a Philippines project
• FTWZ inventory model design for Toshiba International Procurement Company (Taiwan)
• High-value industrial exports to the U.S., including packing optimization and freight cost reduction
• ODC & project cargo handling, including bunker-house container shipments to Qatar
• Temporary import, re-export & duty refund execution for Kolkata Metro
• Nationwide equipment delivery to Reserve Bank of India
• Execution of 700 industrial motor exports within 3 months
